Overcoming Barriers to Investing & Funding

We begin the workshop with a stimulating discussion of what's important to you as a basis for customizing your personal master plan to achhieve happiness. We continue with translating your non-financial goals into time-defined financial needs that are measurable. You will actually complete your Purpose & Vision Worksheet and the Fund Your Life Worksheet. You will summarize your goals in Your Personal Cash & Wealth Matrix.

The premise of this session is that it's not enough to know what to do every day.you need to know why you are doing it. Every individual has his or her own purpose and should customize a vision for happiness.

After defining our needs for Cash Now, Cash Soon, Cash Later and Cash Much Later, we match these needs with four corresponding real estate investment strategies. In a group participation discussion, we determine a mix of investment strategies to meet the needs of people who want to improve their lives starting at challenging starting points..

We then review the common barriers faced by new and seasoned investors. The #1 barrier cited by investors is funding. We outline more than a dozen options for funding.

Afternoon Session:

Hands-On Evaluation of Leads for Real Estate Investment

After lunch (included in the price of the workshop), we analyze actual leads from sellers. The format again is a group discussion. The group calculates the Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) for each lead for each of the four invetsment strategies. The participants test the feasibility of each lead and determine which strategy(ies) would best fit their personal situations to meet their needs for Cash Now, Cash Soon, Cash Later and Cash Much Later.
