Overview

Free samples of most of the Own Your Life products and services are available for review on the website www.WeBuyHousesSometimes.com. Own Your Life LLC provides you with these free samples so that you can make a very well informed decision if these products and services are suitable for your individual situation, expertise, business experience and skills, personal skills, capacity for follow up and your level of motivation. You should download, read (or listen to) these free samples BEFORE you purchase any products or services from Own Your Life LLC.

In particular, the highly affordable and very detailed 498-page book “We Buy Houses, Sometimes! Own Your Life through Real Estate Investing” serves as an excellent example of the applicability to your situation, content, style, quality and value of most of the products and services offered by Own Your Life LLC. We have made a number of chapters available for preview on our website which should help you understand what Own Your Life products are all about.

Returns/Refunds

If you read or downloaded a sample of a product and purchased the full product (excluding services) and are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product for a full refund subject to the following restrictions, policies and procedures:

1. If your product is damaged when it is received, contact Own Your Life LLC for an immediate exchange.

2. The product MUST be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase date. Own Your Life LLC will not be held responsible for any lost packages; AND

3. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded; AND

4. Due to the ease of software and digital product copying as well as software piracy laws, if the package/product contains ANY CDs with proprietary copyrighted items, such as software, marketing samples, legal forms, contracts, documents, etc. that are SEALED with the warning that opening such items will VOID the return privileges - do NOT open such items or you WON'T be able to return the package/product for refund. You can still examine the rest of the materials, i.e., study the manuals. But do NOT send the product back for return if you opened sealed items with warnings prohibiting returns. All sales are final on digital products that are downloaded from our website (such as E-books, forms, newsletters, etc.) and no refund shall be issued; AND

5. All sales are final on any services (excluding products) once they are rendered, such as consulting, coaching, mentoring, live event training, membership services, etc. No refunds will be issued for services provided; AND

6. All sales of the book “We Buy Houses, Sometimes! Own Your Life through Real Estate Investing” are final. No refund will be issued. Read the sample chapters and Expanded Table of Contents BEFORE purchasing this inexpensive and highly detailed book. If your book arrives damaged, inform us in writing (see Items #8 and #10 below) of the details of the damage to the book and it will be replaced in the same form (physical or electronic) in which it was purchased; AND

7. All materials produced by and purchased from Own Your Life LLC are protected by copyright law and were registered with the Registrar of Copyrights in Washington DC . None of the materials can be copied whether in printed, electronic, CDs, DVDs or any other format. Nor can they be archived, copied or transferred from one media to another. Any such copyright violation shall void any return/refund privileges and violators may be prosecuted; AND

8. Your return MUST be accompanied by all of the following information in legible writing or type: [a] your full name, [b] your full address and shipping address, [c] your E-mail address, [d] your telephone number and [e] copy of your receipt (showing totals, product name, billing information, etc.); AND

9. The product you're returning must be in a "like new, same as shipped to you, ready to resell" condition. There will be a 15% restocking charge if a product is returned in a not "like new ready to resell condition". Reminder, you are not allowed to make copies of the material, including archival copies; AND  

10. Returns and refunds are limited to one product refund or exchange only, per customer. No Exceptions; AND

11. You must notify Own Your Life LLC by phone at 856-313-6930 or by E-mail at publisher@WeBuyHousesSometimes.com of your return so that we can give you an authorization number which is required for every return to ensure proper crediting. At that time we will also confirm the shipping address; AND

12. Own Your Life LLC is responsible only for products produced by Own Your Life LLC; AND

13. If you purchased the product from an organization, person or entity other than Own Your Life LLC, you must apply for a return/refund with that organization, person or entity.

Additional Terms and Conditions

I authorize Own Your Life LLC to use my success story in future publications. I acknowledge that Own Your Life LLC does not function as my real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney or financial advisor. If I have a tax or legal question, I will seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor or real estate broker. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release Own Your Life LLC and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received. From this day forward, I assume full responsibility of my personal, physical, emotional and financial well-being.

I understand that by purchasing products or services or otherwise providing my contact information to Own Your Life LLC gives Own Your Life LLC permission to communicate with me by fax, email, or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable in my business. I understand I will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside my family or partnership. I will not reproduce these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws.

I agree that all sales are final after 30 days of purchase and I agree that I will not contact my credit card company after the 30 day refund period has expired. 

Please note your Credit Card Statement should reflect a purchase from Own Your Life LLC.

Duty to Read

I accept that I have a duty to read this refund policy and have done so. I attest to this duty and by purchasing the product or service. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
